Job Description

Kardex is a trusted provider of automated storage solutions and inventory management systems, committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are looking for an experienced and creative International Social Media Manager to lead and execute our regional social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn Ads and YouTube. This role is part of the global marketing organization, reporting to the Regional Marketing Director for North West South Europe, and will involve collaboration with country marketing teams. The position allows for remote work with the opportunity for occasional travel, enhancing your international experience.

Requirements

Previous Experience: 8-10 years in social media management within international or multinational environments.

Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency (C1) in written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient with social media platforms and management/analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Matomo).

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong presentation and project management abilities.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze KPIs and create detailed reports to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.

Creative Skills: Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability with experience in visual and written content creation.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills in a dynamic, international environment with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
