We are in search of a locally based creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with the goal to plan, develop, and execute our social media strategy, enhance our brand image, maximize our brand presence, and engage with our audience.

Requirements

• Must live in the local Pittsburgh area to visit job sites and connect with staff.
• Competent in creating video, photo, and design content for use on all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Captions, Video Up, etc.
• Understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Engaging and positive-energy personality to interact with staff, crews, homeowners, and partners.
• Creative mindset to bring variety and interest to content creation and posts.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Compatible with our team personality.
• Conscientious worker.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing staff to develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify and implement strategy trends and customer audience preferences.
• Visit job sites weekly to create videos and content tailored to the roofing industry.
• Gain knowledge of the roofing industry to create informative content highlighting expertise and educate customers.
• Design graphics and templates, write captions, and schedule posts across social media platforms.
• Execute community engagement campaigns with customers and partners.
• Create engaging content for posting on all platforms.
• Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and create performance reports.
• Use AI and data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
