At Exposure It, we are the number one real estate media company in Pittsburgh, dedicated to providing exceptional visual content and marketing services to enhance our clients’ listings. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team on a part-time or contractor basis. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for social media and creating high-quality short-form video content, as well as driving online growth and engagement. The primary goal will be to grow our brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn by implementing effective strategies that resonate with our audience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts and creating content, ideally for a business or brand.
• Proficiency in video creation and editing, with experience using tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Pittsburgh’s real estate market or local culture (bonus but not required).
