Job Description

The business model allows clients to leverage the skills, contacts, and experience of our national and international FD/CFO team without the costs associated with a full-time hire.

Responsibilities

Social Channels:

• Manage predominantly LinkedIn and refresh Instagram social management in a light-touch manner.

Planning:

• Create a social content calendar for the year that aligns with the wider marketing plan to deliver key messages and support campaigns. Include key internal and external dates.
• Schedule posts using HubSpot for consistency.

Content Creation:

• Develop 2-4 posts per week focusing on campaigns and topical stories based on the content plan.
• Write content for posts or collaborate with a copywriter as necessary.

Community Management:

• Engage proactively with timely actions such as likes, shares, and comments on relevant posts.
• Respond to direct messages and queries.

Team Collaboration:

• Act as the main point of contact with the digital lead while maintaining connections with the broader team.
• Work with the Digital Lead on any paid social activities.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to brief creatives supporting social initiatives.

Reporting:

• Monitor content performance with the Digital Lead, assessing impressions, reach, engagement, and clicks while making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of event experience (Essential), ideally in B2B.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM (Desired).
• Commutable to Swindon for team relationship building (Desired).
