Job Description
This essential role supports sales and corporate branding through collaboration with cross-functional leaders and employees company-wide. The aim is to evaluate needs, guide marketing decision-making, and improve sales, brand awareness, and equity and employee culture through expert-level visual marketing design.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Goodmans with all graphic design needs including large and small format printed materials, digital media, photography, video, animation, social media, business systems, and in-house print production.
- Assisting the VP of Marketing in the maintenance of the company website.
- Participating with the marketing team to support monthly customer touches with graphic design.
- Shooting, editing, and maintaining an orderly library of employee headshots.
- Providing project and customer-appropriate graphic design solutions to help win and retain customers.
- Creating and scheduling social media posts.
- Supporting showroom events with graphic design and occasional room setup and catering.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in professional services marketing.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Adobe Express, Mailchimp, and Office 365/SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
