Job Description

Join Our Team as a Graphic Designer at Aspire Defence Service Limited (ADSL) located in Warminster. We offer a dynamic working environment, where innovation thrives. The Graphic Designer will be part of the Design, Production and Film team, creating content for training support materials aimed at enhancing the Warminster training facility, Salisbury Plain military garrisons, and the wider Field Army.

The role involves managing individual projects and developing high-quality designs for print, illustration, and exhibition artwork. The designer will use their skills to produce unique training support materials, support the Design Studio Supervisor, and ensure adherence to brand identity and legal policies.

Requirements

Qualifications: Educated to ‘A’ Level Standard or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or IT. A Foundation Degree or equivalent in a related qualification is advantageous.

Experience: Proven experience across various graphic design products, with a broad spectrum of technical skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and an understanding of print processes demonstrated through a portfolio at the interview.

Skills: Proficient in Adobe software and Apple hardware for creating designs, artwork, exhibition layouts, and display graphics. Commitment to staying updated with evolving techniques and technologies.

Driving Licence: A valid full UK driving licence is required.

Salary: £25,250 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
