Job Description

Weโre excited to announce the launch of a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. This new venture will push the boundaries of social media marketing for B2B clients, helping them leverage the full power of LinkedIn to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. The Senior LinkedIn Strategist will work directly with mid-market and enterprise clients, communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency (B2B experience is a bonus)
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of different Ad Units within the LinkedIn Platform (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV)
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense)
- Strong understanding of Paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization)
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation (by tier, job title, etc.)
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate strategies and tell stories with data
- Strong problem-solving skills; competitive and curious mindset
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to client sites approximately once a year
- Quality-obsessed attitude with a strong commitment to advertising
Responsibilities
The Senior LinkedIn Strategist will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and leading a collection of social media accounts
- Serving as direct support to client contacts
- Ensuring alignment on tasks with vendors and operational partners
- Building quarterly strategies for clients
- Creating and optimizing budgets for paid media campaigns
- Understanding client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirming lead routing within a CRM
- Driving cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through client relationships
- Executing and optimizing LinkedIn advertising campaigns
- Managing approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
- Meeting and exceeding department level KPIs
- Clearly communicating results to clients

Work Environment Requirements
This is a remote-first role, allowing work from anywhere in the US, with an option to work in offices in Irvine, California.
