Job Description

Norton is a full-service creative agency specializing in the restaurant and hospitality industry, working with a variety of local and national brands. We’re looking to add a Senior Graphic Designer to our team. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a professional designer for consumer-facing creative, preferably in the restaurant sector. The chosen individual should be creative, a quick learner, and have a good understanding of design principles with exceptional attention to detail. Our services range from restaurant concept development to menu design to social media strategy and brand positioning. Responsibilities

• Design print and digital marketing materials for national and local food brands.
• Develop creative focused on client goals and objectives.
• Work collaboratively and embrace constructive feedback.
• Be self-sufficient and able to independently develop processes.
• Think both strategically and creatively.
• Stay current with the global design community.
• Be honest and direct without exception.
• Create impeccable presentations and mockups.
• Demonstrate a commitment to innovating.
• Display a desire to learn and grow.
• Follow established creative styles or create from scratch.
• Be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a great attitude.
• Receive creative direction and design critique openly.

Requirements

• A design degree from an accredited university in graphic design.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience in the restaurant/food brand industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work very well in a team environment.
