Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Reports To: Design Manager

Main Function: Create and design content for marketing campaigns, including brand projects, promotions, advertising, internal communications, and digital assets. Stay up-to-date on design trends, shaping the brand through innovative visuals. Proficient in Adobe CC, with experience in motion/animation being desirable. Ability to produce animated video content. Please note, we are open to considering candidates on a remote working basis depending on experience. Experience working in a similar role would be desirable.

Requirements

  • Create content across all channels for the marketing team and business.
  • Conceptualise key campaign moments, ensuring designs work digitally and in-store.
  • Stay informed on design trends to shape the brand.
  • Lead creative projects, presenting options and responding to feedback.
  • Post-produce photoshoot images and video content for digital and print.
  • Create animated content using After Effects (motion/animation experience desirable).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and meet business needs.
  • Meet briefs and deadlines from across the business.
  • Work with the studio and photography team on weekly digital content.
  • Maintain strong relationships with other departments, including Marketing, PR, VM, and eCommerce.
  • Represent the brand and ensure designs follow the style guide.

Miscellaneous

  • Perform tasks assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR policies.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow the company’s Health & Safety procedures.
  • Complete any additional duties as required.
