Job Description

The Philadelphia Eagles is recognized as an innovative organization in professional sports, known for its storied history. The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex, offering excellent amenities for players, coaches, and staff. Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles, provides a premier sports and entertainment experience for over 69,000 fans.

The Graphic Design Associate will assist the design team in various design projects, production tasks, and brand management for the Philadelphia Eagles. The design team focuses on creating graphics for all aspects of the organization at both the NovaCare Complex and Lincoln Financial Field.

Responsibilities

  • Design: Assist the design team with the creation of logos, brochures, invitations, magazine ads, posters, social graphics, videoboard graphics, billboards, etc.
  • Production: Clip photos, color treat photos, resize marketing ads, create pitch deck mock-ups, and prepare presentation decks.
  • Project Collaboration: Work alongside the creative team to bring projects from concept to execution.
  • Development: Demonstrate a willingness to develop new skills beyond current comfort zones.

Requirements

  • Must be a recent graduate who has completed a technical, associate, bachelor’s, or graduate degree within the last eighteen months from a qualifying institution, or have been discharged from the military within the last 18 months.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Knowledge of After Effects and Lightroom is a plus.
  • A digital portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills is required.
  • Demonstrated strong visual and communication skills.
