Contract Type: Freelance, part-time (ad-hoc)

Salary: £4-5 per hour

Hostly is a fast-growing Airbnb management company with 30 UK-based properties and the latest properties on the island of Zanzibar, Tanzania. We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to support our creative needs. We seek someone skilled in Canva and Adobe design tools to help us create visually appealing content for our hospitality business in the UK & Zanzibar. We manage a portfolio of villas, hotels & resorts. The content output should be primarily created in Canva for easy internal edits. We require both physical and digital assets, including events flyers, restaurant menus, uniforms, signage, branding, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, social media content, marketing materials, and other visual assets.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure brand consistency across all designs.
• Modify and update existing designs as needed.
• Deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva and other design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.
• Experience working on both print and digital, understanding formats and dimensions.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in web design, branding, marketing materials, and social media graphics is a plus.
