Job Description

Regis and Supercuts hair salons are part of the largest hair salon group in the UK, operated by UK Hairdressers with over 90 national salons. We are recruiting a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team based in Willenhall. This role requires flexibility regarding days and hours, and the candidate will be responsible for driving work from conception through to delivery across multiple workstreams for various brands. The role involves creating various design assets, including Ecommerce banners, animated mobile assets, and support for overall company branding.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs for both digital and traditional channels.
• Research and develop multichannel design assets for promotions and campaigns.
• Manage and develop brand guidelines and ensure alignment across all assets.
• Take ownership of digital and print designs, exploring new executions.
• Coordinate with print suppliers and manage print materials.
• Adhere to deadlines and critical paths for projects.
• Coordinate brand photoshoots to capture campaign content.
• Work with the digital team to develop and evaluate adverts for digital channels.
• Oversee the look and feel of new marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate as a team to create innovative designs and clear communications.
• Review campaign effectiveness and implement future improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends to shape creative outputs.
• Improve internal design processes for efficiency.
• Document and oversee day-to-day spending on print materials.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer with a creative portfolio.
• Highly confident in using Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent typography and layout skills.
• Experience with videography/editing.
• Knowledge of print suppliers and ordering.
• Art working and print production skills.
• Copywriting skills for creative messaging.
• Experience in using Adobe Premier Pro and/or After Effects.
• Retail or beauty brand experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Monday.com is desirable but not essential.
