As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the creative force behind social media strategies that turn heads and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop custom social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals, audience, and brand identity.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with design and video teams to craft visually engaging content like visuals, reels, and graphics.
• Community Engagement: Manage client accounts by interacting with followers and responding to DMs to keep online communities active.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, prepare data-driven reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Trend Watch: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform updates.
• Paid Campaigns: Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective campaigns.
• Training: Assist in offering 1-on-1 coaching for clients on managing their own social media pages.

Requirements

• 2+ years of social media management experience (freelance or agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, viral content, or paid ad strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
• Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar).
• A creative mindset with excellent copywriting skills and storytelling ability.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, communicative, and results-driven with a collaborative attitude.
