Job Overview

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join a remote, outsourced creative team. You’ll be responsible for producing visually compelling designs across digital, web, and print formats. This role requires both creativity and technical expertise, plus a strong eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for web, print, and digital media.
• Translate project briefs into creative visual solutions aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
• Prepare files for both digital use and print production.
• Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail across all outputs.
• Adapt designs for social media, email marketing, websites, and advertising.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong online portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Solid grasp of design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and hierarchy.
• Experience with responsive web design and social media content.
• Familiar with print production standards and file prep.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Highly organized, independent, and deadline-driven.
• Preferred: Experience working with Australian clients and/or using project management tools.
• Bonus: Experience in video editing or motion graphics.
