Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team at Make Your Life Sweeter® — a luxury experiential brand. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who love design, are passionate about branding and visual storytelling, and are curious about the behind-the-scenes magic of luxury events and curated client gifts. Your work will be showcased and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your portfolio with real-world designs for Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, and major brands.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing customized client gifting and event collateral.
• Work on projects from concept to print/web production.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create on-brand visual experiences.
• Learn how to manage files, prep deliverables for clients, and maintain visually flawless content.
• Help shape our visual identity through social media content, branded packaging, and signage.

Requirements

• A design-savvy go-getter with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about branding, packaging, and visual storytelling.
• Detail-oriented, polished, and excited to customize experiences for luxury clients.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator (1+ year of experience or coursework).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with Photoshop and Lightroom is a bonus.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• A team-player mindset with the ability to manage independent projects.
