Job Description

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager to collaborate across a growing roster of content-driven brands. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how to turn scrolls into saves, and loves bringing strategy and style to local spots.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Confidently manage Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Can design simple, eye-catching graphics using Canva (bonus if you know Adobe).
• Comfortable with CapCut, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
• Write captions that sound human (minimal AI).
• Stay organized and on top of scheduling, planning, and posting.
• Know how to make restaurants and local businesses look fun and scroll-worthy.

Experience:

• 1 year of social media marketing experience (preferred).

Location:

• Must be able to relocate to Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 before starting work (required).

Responsibilities

• Stay organized and manage scheduling, planning, and posting.
• Make restaurants and local businesses look appealing and engaging on social media.
• Assist on content shoots by helping the photographer, organizing assets, grabbing behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, and sampling food.

Additional Information

This role will start as a freelance/contract position, with potential for growth. The work schedule allows for flexible hours, typically from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed. The role is hybrid remote, with the preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to Myrtle Beach, SC. Compensation for the position is based on experience, with a pay range of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
