The restaurant is known for its exceptional handmade pasta, small-batch gelato, and lively, quirky interiors, boasting a loyal local following and a vibrant visual identity.

Requirements

This is a part-time, entry-level role ideal for someone with a strong interest in content creation, social media, and hospitality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Visit the restaurant once a week to capture photography and video content (dishes, interiors, behind-the-scenes moments, team culture).

  • Keep followers updated with specials, events, and general news.
  • Monitor and respond to DMs and booking enquiries.
  • Manage the info email inbox, responding to general messages and forwarding job applications to the restaurant team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Based in Edinburgh, with flexibility to visit the restaurant weekly.
  • Confident taking and editing photos/videos with your phone.
  • Enthusiastic about food, hospitality, and visual storytelling.
  • A feel for design, colour, and playful brand tone.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and creative.
  • Interested in learning from an experienced creative professional in film and content production.

Additional Information

Perks of this role include:

  • Flexible working hours.
  • Room to grow the role into additional days/responsibilities.
  • Creative freedom and mentorship.
  • Great experience working with a beloved hospitality brand.
  • And yes… there will be pasta.

To apply, please send a short introduction, any relevant social media links or content examples, and why you’d be a good fit for this role together with your CV.
