Job Description

Regis and Supercuts hair salons, part of the largest hair salon group in the UK operated by UK Hairdressers, are looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer to join their creative marketing team based in Willenhall. This role involves driving design projects from conception to delivery across various workstreams for multiple brands. The designer will create diverse design assets such as Ecommerce banners, mobile animations, store print concepts, and overall company branding, including internal signage and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs for digital and traditional channels.
• Research and develop multichannel design assets for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and conceptual work.
• Own and develop brand guidelines, aligning artwork across all assets.
• Design digital assets including web banners, emails, and social media content.
• Manage print materials for stores and salons, ensuring quality and alignment with design intent.
• Attend and coordinate brand photoshoots to capture appropriate content for campaigns.
• Collaborate with the digital team to create effective adverts and campaign designs.
• Review campaign effectiveness to implement improvements.
• Keep abreast of design trends and industry developments.
• Improve internal design processes for efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day spending on print materials.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent typography and layout skills.
• Experience in videography/editing and print production.
• Ability to write creative copy integrated with design concepts.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premier Pro and/or After Effects.
• Experience in retail or beauty brands is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Monday.com is a plus.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position of up to 20 hours per week, and flexibility regarding days and hours is required. The work location is hybrid remote in Willenhall, WV13 3AP.
