BE creative and work on diverse projects: Be true to your core identity, get more productive without dealing with unproductive tasks, and be part of a large network where you can grow mutually beneficial relationships. Coach, share your expertise, and provide consulting to clients.

DO it right and grow your brand: Capture the clients’ needs and deliver brilliant creative ideas and drafts. Create visual communication elements to convey strategic messages using art and technology, digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software. Communicate with clients about layout and design, gather feedback, and improve as necessary. Coordinate with writers and other added-value collaborators.

HAVE the edge and take the initiative: Utilize prior experience in graphic design or a related field to drive success.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, and corporate identity.
• Knowledge of art arrangement, type size and style, retouches, and manipulation of images.
• Proficient with relevant publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, and Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Ability to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.
