Now, we’re looking for a versatile Creative Designer & Video Editor to help visually define the future of Enflux across web, social, and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

Web and Graphic Design

• Create brand assets, marketing materials, decks, one-pagers, and infographics in Canva (or similar).
• Assist with UI/UX layouts and visual design needs for web products and client-facing platforms.
• Support branding and identity projects to keep Enflux’s visual voice consistent across all media.

Video Editing & Short-Form Content

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for social media (YouTube Shorts, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram Reels) using CapCut or any other software you like.
• Cut down long-form content into digestible, dynamic clips - perfect for audience engagement.
• Add animations, text overlays, transitions, effects, and sound design to bring content to life.
• Help brainstorm and execute video ideas aligned with Enflux’s brand narrative and crypto/finance trends.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, business development, and leadership to translate Enflux’s voice into visual storytelling.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

RequirementsPlease note that this is a hybrid work model - based 3 days weekly in office Sofia (Bulgaria) + 2 days remote.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and/or video editing (crypto/finance exposure is a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency with:
• Canva (or Figma/Adobe for static designs)
• CapCut or any other equivalent editing tool (or Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve for bonus points)
• Excellent grasp of modern design trends, especially for crypto, tech, and finance brands.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and motion.
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-moving, startup-like environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to take a project from idea to execution with minimal oversight.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome)

• Light animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, Webflow interactions).
• Understanding of crypto, DeFi, Web3, or financial trading terminology.
• Copywriting or content strategy instincts.
