We’re seeking a talented Social Media Manager to drive our Instagram growth and engagement.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow EduZap’s Instagram account (@EduZapNow). This role involves creating compelling posts, reels, and content strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and follower growth among students. The ideal candidate will craft visually appealing content, optimize for SEO, and foster a community around academic success, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram posts and reels, focusing on services like report writing, project making, assignment writing, exam aid, and editing/proofreading.
  • Create high-quality graphics, captions (1000–1500 characters), and reels that align with EduZap’s brand ethos (“Precision. Speed. Excellence” and “Zap to Top Grades!”).
  • Optimize content with relevant hashtags (e.g., #EduZap, #ReportWriting, #DubaiStudents) to enhance discoverability and target UAE/student audiences.
  • Monitor Instagram analytics to track engagement, follower growth, and post performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach.
  • Collaborate with the team to highlight features like fast turnaround times (2–12 hours) and free plagiarism reports, ensuring accuracy in service representation.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive Stories (e.g., polls, quizzes) to build a student-friendly community.
  • Stay updated on Instagram trends, reels formats, and student preferences to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in social media management, with a proven track record of growing Instagram accounts (preferably in education or student-focused brands).
  • Skills:
    • Expert in Instagram content creation (posts, reels, Stories) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
    • Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging captions and SEO-optimized hashtags.
    • Proficiency in Instagram Insights or similar analytics tools to measure performance metrics.
    • Knowledge of video editing for reels (e.g., CapCut, InShot) to produce dynamic, student-friendly content.
  • Attributes:
    • Creative thinker with a passion for education and student engagement.
    • Excellent communication and time-management skills for remote work.
    • Understanding of academic trends and challenges faced by students
