We’re passionate about helping our clients look and feel their best, and we’re looking for a creative, experienced, and self-driven Social Media Manager to help bring our brand to life online.

Role Overview: We’re seeking a part-time freelance Social Media Manager to lead and execute our organic social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with strong visual storytelling skills and a keen understanding of trends in the beauty and wellness space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive, on-brand social media strategy to grow engagement and awareness

• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (including Reels, Stories, static posts, and carousels)

• Capture and edit video/photo content (both UGC-style and branded)

• Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms

• Build and manage partnerships with local and relevant social media influencers

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor content to stay relevant and innovative

• Collaborate with our internal team on campaign messaging and promotions

• Analyze content performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing organic social media for brands

• Proven experience creating both short-form video (Reels, TikTok) and lifestyle photography

• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail in visual composition

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills

• Experience in the beauty, med spa, or wellness industry is highly preferred

• Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines with minimal oversight

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools

Compensation

Hourly pay, depending on experience: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week with room to grow
