Job Description

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and digital design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects. This role involves creating visually appealing designs for various digital platforms while collaborating with other team members to produce high-quality work that meets client expectations.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous work.

Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential; experience with Adobe After Effects is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML and web design principles is an advantage. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

Work Ethic: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in all aspects of design.

Duties

• Develop and design engaging graphics for websites, social media, and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that align with brand identity.

• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality visual content, including but not limited to logos, brochures, and digital advertisements.

• Create animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to enhance digital campaigns.

• Conduct photography sessions as needed for promotional materials and website content.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.

• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.

• Maintain an organised library of design assets and project files for easy access by the team.
