Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring social media performance.
• Conduct social listening to understand audience sentiment and trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and editing.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles as they relate to social media.
• Experience with video editing tools to create engaging video content.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools to track performance metrics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to commute and relocate to Malibu, CA 90265 before starting work.
