Are you a mid- to senior-level designer looking for freelance work? We’re growing our pool of creative designers at CMD! If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a portfolio that showcases your ability to design compelling visual content, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Create digital and print materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
• Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with creative leads and writers to develop visually appealing designs for various projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into your designs.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Be comfortable working in both B2B and B2C.
