Job Description

Exertis | JAM is seeking an eCommerce Graphic Designer for a 12-month contract to join their Digital division in Baie-D’urfé. As a crucial member of the Digital Ecommerce Team, you will enhance the online brand presence and drive customer engagement through various design responsibilities including email marketing campaigns, graphics for Amazon listings and Shopify websites, ASIN creation for Amazon, and customer support across online marketplaces. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in an Ecommerce or Digital Marketing position.

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).

• Proven experience managing Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores.

• Familiar with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and other Amazon analysis tools.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Low-Code Content platforms like Shopify and WordPress.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.

• Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for branding and storytelling.
