We’re a fast growing social media management agency looking for a creative, driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the social media presence of multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
• Develop and execute custom social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand, audience, and goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (visuals, video, and copy) that aligns with each brand’s voice and identity.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and updates, integrating new ideas into client strategies.
• Monitor and analyse account performance, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
• Actively engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community management to drive engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with internal content creators, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Participate in client meetings, contributing ideas and updates on performance, trends, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts.
• Strong creative skills and an eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
• Confident copywriter with the ability to adapt tone and style across different industries and audiences.
• Solid understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics across platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organisational skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes.
• A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and improvement across different client campaigns.

Bonus Points

• Experience in influencer outreach, paid social, or email marketing.
• Graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.

Additional Information

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £14.00-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
