Instagram Growth & Content Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Instagram Growth & Content Manager for Buildingblocks Software Services Pvt Ltd. The expert will be responsible for developing and executing a customized Instagram growth plan, including researching and implementing platform-specific trends, audios, and hashtags, as well as setting measurable KPIs such as growth, reach, engagement, and click-throughs. The role requires designing visually appealing posts, Reels, and Stories using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or native apps, writing compelling captions and CTAs, and producing both short-form video and image content with a consistent brand voice. You will plan and maintain a 30-day content calendar, manage scheduling and publishing via Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer, and engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community features. Additional tasks include monitoring performance using Instagram Insights and third-party tools, providing regular reports with clear growth or engagement insights, and iterating strategies based on data to improve reach and conversion. We require candidates who have organically grown a personal Instagram account to 100k+ followers, with proven end-to-end content creation experience, a strong grasp of Instagram’s algorithm and audience behavior, and are skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, and Adobe Creative Suite. Self-motivation, meeting deadlines, and being results-driven are key for success in this role.
