Job Description

On Board Experiential (OBE) is an award-winning, full-service, experience-led agency creating meaningful brand experiences worldwide. We serve top clients including Nike, Meta, and JPMorgan Chase. Designers play an integral role in the Creative Department, executing creative elements for brand activations, events, and internal collateral. The ideal candidate will handle fast-paced event marketing work, embrace interdisciplinary projects, and inspire their team with a positive attitude.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or a similar discipline.

Experience

• 2-5 years of industry/agency/internship experience in graphic design for events focusing on graphic production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for both digital and physical applications.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Expertise in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Slides, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox.
• Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of production practices, substrates, print techniques, and print standards.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software (Sketchup, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, and After Effects is beneficial.

Other Information

Compensation Range: $66,560 - $96,560 annually. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and market demand. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, paid life insurance, annual profit-sharing/bonus plan, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, PTO, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
