We are seeking an experienced YouTube Video Editor to join EcomStores.com on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for editing both short-form (YouTube Shorts/Reels, 30–100 per month as we scale) and long-form (10–20 per month) direct-to-camera content. The editing style should be minimalist and impactful, inspired by creators like Ed Lawrence and James Smith. You will work closely with the CEO and media team to transform raw footage into high-quality, retention-driven videos that help grow our channel in the Amazon/Ecommerce space.

This role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus), at least two years of professional editing experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills. You will also contribute to pre-production outlines, captioning, asset management, design thumbnails, competitor analysis, trend research, and ongoing improvement through feedback and data analysis.
