Job Description

At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to support our Direct eCommerce businesses, such as Hasbro Pulse and D&D Beyond (DDB) marketplace. In this role, you’ll craft high-impact visuals that connect deeply with our passionate fan base, drive discovery, and improve the customer journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Design engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, merchandising placements, product pages, and promotional launches that reflect our fans’ passion and our products’ uniqueness.
• Develop assets that are both brand-authentic and conversion-focused—delivering polished visual storytelling across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including UX, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Brand to ensure consistent, effective visual language across touchpoints.
• Present work with clarity and confidence to team members, partners, and senior stakeholders—backing your design choices with rationale and creative vision.
• Proactively identify and resolve visual design challenges, roadblocks, or inconsistencies, while balancing priorities and resourcing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in digital graphic design for eCommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in core design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a deep understanding of design principles including typography, hierarchy, color, and composition.
• Ability to build customer-centric design solutions that align with brand identity and drive performance.
• Experience designing for marketing or eCommerce teams, ideally in gaming, entertainment, fandom, or lifestyle brands.
• Effective communicator—able to express ideas clearly, solicit and apply feedback, and present to non-design audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with inclusive design.
• Experience contributing to a design system and using Content Management Systems.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

The base salary range for this position is $81,200.00 to $121,800.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
