Job Description

Career Consulting Partners is collaborating with a successful injury law firm that offers legal representation to clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and elevating the firm’s brand identity across digital and print channels. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders to create visually compelling, brand-consistent assets that support the firm’s mission and vision.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Create engaging graphics for digital and print formats, including banners, social media content, infographics, brochures, and website imagery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and optimized for various channels and platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh creative input and contributing ideas for new projects and marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX, web design, preferably in digital marketing and creating content for social media and websites.
• Additional certifications or specialized web design/marketing are a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency with modern design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Sketch, and other relevant tools.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in agile teams.

• Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000
