Remote YouTube Video Editor - Long-Term Role with Growing Creative Channels

We are seeking a talented video editor to join our small creative team at Venture Creative Media. Our main focus is on managing and growing several YouTube channels, with one channel experiencing significant growth and two others that we are reviving. As part of our team, you will be responsible for editing 8–10 videos per month for TheWatchBros and our other channels, using Adobe Premiere Pro and incorporating intermediate to advanced animation and motion graphics, particularly in talking head formats filmed in 4K S-Log3 with Sony cameras. You should be skilled in creative, engaging editing that tells a story without relying on overly trendy styles. Experience working independently, organizing b-roll and borrowed visual content, and meeting tight turnaround times (typically 24–48 hours for drafts and revisions) is essential. Familiarity with YouTube channel editing, relevant plugins, and some knowledge of watches, luxury, or lifestyle content is a plus, but not required. We provide all raw media assets, creative direction, and references. This is a remote, part-time contract role with consistent monthly work and opportunities for growth. To ensure a good fit, you’ll start with a paid trial editing assignment. If you’re reliable, fluent in English, and passionate about creative storytelling, we look forward to seeing your portfolio.
