We are a growing hospitality group dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences. With a portfolio of vibrant and diverse restaurant brands, we’re looking for a passionate, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level.
As our Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing our social media platforms, optimizing for search engines, and boosting brand visibility. You’ll also coordinate photo/video shoots and lead influencer marketing efforts to generate buzz and build loyal local communities around our restaurant brands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong experience with influencer marketing and community engagement strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to write compelling, on-brand copy.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Experience coordinating photo/video shoots and creating visually engaging content.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and email platforms.
- Creative eye for branding, storytelling, and content planning.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and timelines.
- Photography/videography skills are a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for each restaurant brand.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, write, and schedule engaging content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories).
- Coordinate and schedule regular photo/video shoots with photographers and videographers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, food bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
- Organize influencer campaigns, visits, collaborations, and giveaways.
- Monitor trends and engage with online communities to build brand loyalty.
- Run targeted ad campaigns across social media and Google Ads.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research and optimize blog/web content for local SEO.
- Manage and update Google Business Profiles and online listings.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and support website updates as needed.
