Good Chance Creative, a small but dynamic creative agency in Bellingham, WA, is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team. The role encompasses a variety of tasks including creative copywriting, social strategy, influencer relationship management, and content execution. This position is not merely about scheduling; it requires turning ideas into engaging social media content that adheres to brand voice, client requests, and current cultural trends. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining high standards of accuracy and creativity, even when facing tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Copywriting excellence—impeccable grammar, clever phrasing, and the ability to flex tone/voice across brands.
• Proven social media management experience (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest a plus).
• Strong organizational skills—comfortable managing multiple calendars, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Confident in influencer partnership management (outreach, negotiation, coordination).
• Familiar with SEO and blog post best practices.
• Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to jump into whatever a project needs.
• Marketing or communications background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Copywriting & Content Creation
• Write, edit, and publish engaging social media captions that reflect brand voice.
• Draft aligning blog posts with brand strategy, SEO best practices, and client goals.
• Conceptualize and script social-first video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Social Media Planning & Management
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars across multiple client accounts.
• Pivot and reorganize calendars in response to client changes with little notice.
• Stay informed about trending sounds, memes, and cultural moments.
• Utilize platforms like Sprout Social and Google Docs for post creation.
• Communicate with clients to clarify details and ensure messaging accuracy.
• Influencer Partnerships
• Identify, vet, and manage influencer partners for brand campaigns.
• Handle outreach, contracts, content collection, and performance tracking.
• Content Shoots
• Assist in studio and on-site shoots, including styling, content capture, and behind-the-scenes social coverage.

Schedule & Location

• Part-time, Monday–Friday
• Hours are flexible, averaging ~25 hours/week
• In-person role based in Bellingham, WA. Potentially open to a remote contractor position for the perfect applicant.
