JOB DESCRIPTION

Direct Agents is an independent, growth marketing consultancy that emphasizes the intersection of technology and human ingenuity. The role involves becoming part of the Direct Agents Studio team, which focuses on creative graphic design, visual storytelling, and video production. Responsibilities include researching, designing, and executing various graphic projects, collaborating with team members, and contributing innovative design solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2+ years of demonstrated experience in digital ad and social design, web design, online advertising, typography, information design, and print design.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in graphic design or a related design field.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• General understanding of technologies and processes: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and multimedia editing.
• Web development experience is a plus, though not required.
• Additional abilities in print design, photography, and illustration (copy editing and proofreading is a plus).
• Strong time management skills: ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Diligent work ethic: must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• Proven competence and ability in graphic design (HTML editing is a plus).
• Previous experience in online advertising is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• This is a part-time (20-25 hours/week), contract-to-hire role (3 - 6 months) with a pay rate of $30-35/hour.
• This is an in-person role based in the NYC office; candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office.
