Online sportswear store: marketing and advertising

I am launching a new online women’s sportswear brand in Spain, featuring clothing imported from Colombia with a focus on aesthetics, quality, and unique designs. The brand is in the early stages and aims to build an organic presence on Instagram and TikTok, without paid advertising for now. I am looking for a freelance expert in marketing and social media, specifically someone who can manage social media channels, create visually appealing content, and develop strategies to grow the brand organically. The ideal candidate should work independently (not within an agency), have experience with emerging brands or personal projects, and bring creative proposals beyond basic execution. Key responsibilities include planning and publishing weekly content, managing interactions with followers, creating reels or short videos of the products, and suggesting collaborations with micro-influencers or trainers. Expected deliverables each month are 12–16 pieces of content, a publishing calendar, and a basic metrics report. The role is remote and could lead to ongoing work if the initial collaboration is successful.
