Job Description

At Euro Vision we are a creative, forward-thinking company focused on producing high-quality visual content for a wide range of industries. We value precision, organization, and creativity in all aspects of our work. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Graphic Designer with not only a passion for design but also strong organizational skills to manage purchase orders and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality digital and print materials, including brochures, social media graphics, websites, email templates, and presentations.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all designs maintain high-quality standards, keeping a consistent and precise visual identity across all platforms.
  • Purchase Orders & Procurement: Manage and send purchase orders for materials and supplies needed for the production process.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Project Management: Organize design files and assets for easy access, ensure project timelines are met, and track project status.
  • Brand Consistency: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and align with business goals.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to design procurement, inventory management, and vendor billing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio that showcases design expertise across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that both design work and purchasing processes are accurate and efficient.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, including coordinating designs and handling purchase orders.
  • Experience or interest in handling administrative tasks such as sending purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, and tracking expenses.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and team members.

Additional Information

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
