Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related field, preferably within advertising, media, or brand partnerships.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Expertise in utilizing AI tools to render images and create engaging presentations.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles, with the ability to transform strategic ideas into client-ready presentations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, high-quality work while maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with strategists and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with strategists to convert outlines into compelling, client-facing decks in Figma.
• Source high-quality imagery and leverage AI tools for unique visuals that enhance storytelling.
• Design and maintain a library of customizable deck templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure every presentation meets high standards of design, narrative flow, and consistency.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve presentation quality.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $10,000 – $11,000 a month, which includes salary and commission. Actual pay will vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
