The Graphic Designer I will be a visual storyteller on Under Armour’s Global Creative Team, passionate about sport and motivated to impact athletes’ performance. This role will primarily support Global Retail, working closely with marketers, art directors, and writers to develop compelling storytelling experiences that resonate with our target demographic, the Focused Performer.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret and influence creative briefs to create customer-focused positioning and creative communications strategies that drive defined KPIs.
• Demonstrated versatility in design, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance consumer experience.
• Understanding of design systems and digital templates, with a focus on evolving them.
• Commitment to being an advocate for the brand and an expert on our products.
• Working knowledge of design trends, art, sport, culture, and email design best practices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality outputs on time.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for project completions and demonstrating accountability.
• A belief in the ability to see and create the future of UA design.
• Excellent, diverse portfolio including examples of Email Marketing, Digital ads, and ecommerce site references.
• Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and presentation software.
• Rapid visualization skills with a strong aesthetic and taste level.
• Ability to work in an agile environment using A/B Testing insights.
• Commitment to personal development and assisting junior designers in skill enhancement.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac platform.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4+ years of graphic or digital design experience.
• Experience in email design is a must, with e-commerce experience as a strong plus.
• Proven experience working collaboratively across teams and with senior leadership.

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office.
• Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 in-office days per week.

Base Compensation

$63,555.60 - $87,388.95 USD. Most new hires fall within this range, with opportunities for growth over time based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
