Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging digital marketing strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management tools, digital marketing techniques, and visual content creation to effectively promote our brand and connect with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Meta Business Suite and LeadConnector.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for posts, campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management to foster community growth.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, photography, and content creation.
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and e-commerce integration is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
