Job Description
Adecco is searching for a TEMPORARY Graphic Designer in the Sportswear/Retail sector! This is a 5-7 month contract role to cover a leave and is fully in person/on-site in Boston with NO remote/hybrid flexibility.
Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $35-$40/hour DOE
Job Duties:
- Design for SMU Footwear and apparel graphics, prints, and embellishments that support global and regional brand and design directives (internal).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate graphic vision into designs that achieve sales and gross margin plans.
- Interface with Key Accounts for SMU (Special Make Up) Projects.
- Support Design and Merchandising as needed to create and manage designs and Merch Board presentations, as well as standardize Tech Drawings and CADs for seasonal initiatives.
- Assist in preparing design tools required by Sales and Product Merchandising to communicate effectively with customers—from pre-line to sell-in.
- Communicate designs, vision, and stories to internal and external audiences informally and at a high level as necessary.
- Offer expertise in production of graphics and advise when necessary.
- Participate in Product Development, Costing, and Product Merchandising to ensure achievement of both functionality and margin goals.
- Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
Requirements
- 3+ years in athletic/sportswear retail.
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with customers, peers, and management.
- Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance.
- Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.
- Adheres to local, state, and federal laws.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position/department.
- Ability to work varied hours, nights, days, and weekends to support the business needs.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
