Job Description

KINGART is a creative tools brand designed for artists of all levels, with a mission to provide accessible, high-quality art supplies while fostering an engaged community around creativity. We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager (Part-Time, Paid Hourly) to manage and expand KINGART’s social presence, focusing on creator collaboration and performance-driven content. This role encompasses creative direction, content strategy, and analytics and requires collaboration with various teams to drive community engagement and sales.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years managing brand social media accounts (consumer brands preferred).
  • Experience growing accounts organically and linking content to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with creators, influencers, and user-generated content (UGC).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong creative judgment.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work quickly.
  • Passion for creativity, art, or creator culture is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Create monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with product launches and promotions.
  • Balance brand storytelling with performance-driven content.

Content & Creative

  • Collaborate with designers, creators, and internal team members for content creation.
  • Identify early trends and translate them into relevant content.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across channels.

Community & Creators

  • Grow and engage KINGART’s creative community.
  • Manage creator/influencer collaborations, including briefs and reposting.
  • Engage actively with comments, DMs, and UGC.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs such as engagement, follower growth, and revenue influence.
  • Optimize content formats and posting strategies based on insights.
  • Report results and offer recommendations to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with e-commerce, paid media, and product teams for campaigns.
  • Repurpose high-performing organic content for paid and marketplace use.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and creator platforms.
  • Understanding of how organic content impacts paid social performance.
