Job Description

Sotheby’s International Realty Canada is the leading luxury real estate brokerage in the country, supported by a prestigious global brand. We have over 750 agents across 35+ offices, providing exceptional marketing through various channels, including our high-traffic website sothebysrealty.ca. We are seeking a bilingual (English/French) Graphic Designer for ongoing freelance support in our marketing efforts. This remote position is ideal for a designer located in Quebec or Ontario who can manage multiple projects monthly, including co-op ads, postcards, brochures, and digital assets. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented freelancer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused atmosphere and is dedicated to delivering polished, on-brand design work across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Print Design: Create visually appealing and brand-consistent materials such as property brochures, signage, corporate identity assets, postcards, listing presentations, and co-op advertisements.

Digital Design: Design assets for website templates, online advertisements, social media graphics, email marketing templates, interactive content, ebooks, and video special effects.

Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints in alignment with Sotheby’s International Realty brand standards. Responsible for quality-checking source materials (images, video, etc.) and conducting thorough proofreading, spell checking, and usability testing of digital files before publication. Oversee pre- and post-production processes to ensure high-quality print results and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment (agency or real estate experience preferred).

- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).

- Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.

- Post-secondary education in Graphic Design or related field required.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.

- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).

- Confident in designing for social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.

- Strong organizational and project management skills; familiarity with tools like Asana or Trello.

Additional Information

- Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Ontario or Quebec and be available in EST working hours)

- Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time Contract (Ongoing Projects)

- Availability: Must be available for recurring projects on a monthly basis, sometimes with quick turnarounds.

- Compensation: Please include your hourly rate with your application. Rates will be reviewed based on experience and scope of work.

- Must provide own equipment and Adobe Creative Suite license.
