Job Description

We are seeking a Freelance Junior Designer with a focus on Website, Marketing, and Social Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and updating website content, designing marketing newsletters, and developing social media assets. This role involves collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and existing design systems.

Requirements

Key Tasks include:

• **Website & Content (Contentful):**Create and update website content management systems following existing design systems.
• Design and build marketing newsletters and flows using established templates.
• Adapt campaign messaging into email-friendly layouts.
• Prepare imagery and assets for emails, ensuring correct sizing, formats, and accessibility.
• Support A/B testing visuals and subject line treatments as needed.
• **Social Media & Marketing Collateral:**Design social media assets (static posts, carousels, stories) across various platforms.
• Adapt campaign creative for different formats and placements.
• Create motion assets or animated elements when relevant.
• Develop visual assets for paid digital advertising (e.g., social ads, display banners).
• Brand & Design Support:
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
• Use existing design systems, templates, and component libraries.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver briefs.
• Apply feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
• Organize and maintain design files and shared asset libraries.
• Support the senior designer with day-to-day design tasks as needed.
