Social Media Designer + Content Creator [Urgent]

Swizzle Market, a tech-enabled alcohol-free bottle shop and functional beverage market based in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a Social Media Designer + Content Creator. We need someone to turn strategy into engaging and on-brand content and campaigns for our channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will collaborate closely with our team, especially during the first 60–90 days, working from strategic plans and brand guidelines, and occasionally handling quick-turn, one-off content requests. The role combines digital marketing and design. You will be responsible for designing assets (such as feed posts, graphics, animations, and templates), writing captions in alignment with our brand voice, and monitoring performance to suggest improvements. Experience creating content from content calendars, following brand guidelines, and working collaboratively in a remote environment is essential. We value clear communication, the ability to design and write, and a willingness to iterate and share work-in-progress as we establish our workflow together. The position is fully remote, contract-based, with flexible hours, and involves around 10–20 hours of work per month.

We use content to educate (what the heck is kava?), inspire (better ways to do game night, date night, and “just because” nights), and highlight the people and products that make this space exciting.
