Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid-Senior) – Founding Team [Urgent]

World Assist is a fast-growing IT consulting agency seeking a Mid-to-Senior Full Stack Engineer for their founding team. The ideal expert will have over four years of experience leading end-to-end development and will be able to work with various major tech stacks including JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or .NET, but should be ready to adapt to others as needed. You’ll architect, build, and ship scalable backend and frontend solutions, work directly with stakeholders to define requirements, and be trusted to own your projects—from architecture to deployment. This is a fully remote and ongoing position, offering significant impact and autonomy with the opportunity to help define the agency’s engineering culture.
