Compensation: $67–$75/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Requirements
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in Design or related field, or MFA in Design with 3+ years applied design, teaching, or research experience, or BFA/BA in Design with 5+ years applied industrial, graphic, UX, or product design experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: industrial design, graphic design, UX, product design, design research.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting design mockups, wireframes, typography systems, and industrial drawings.
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
Role Responsibilities
- Author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on design problems.
- Produce original problem sets grounded in design mockups, wireframes, typography systems, and industrial drawings.
- Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure task quality and relevance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
