Job Description

REUVENI Development Marketing is seeking a freelance/retainer-based Graphic Designer to support our creative and marketing initiatives in luxury residential real estate in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for elevated branding, typography, and layout, with the capability to produce clean, modern, and aspirational designs across digital platforms. Experience in luxury real estate is a plus, though not a requirement. The position is remote with some flexibility, but the candidate should be open to in-office meetings once or twice per week for collaboration and campaign reviews.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing upscale branding and design work.
• Experience in design for social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and web.
• Efficient work style that maintains high design standards.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable collaborating on creative direction and generating new ideas.
• Motion graphics or video design experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus but not essential; open-mindedness and adaptability are key.

Job Responsibilities

• Design weekly email marketing materials, primarily updating existing templates.
• Create Instagram carousel designs.
• Design paid advertising creatives for luxury residential developments.
• Occasionally create event invitations and branded collateral.
• Provide landing page and digital marketing design support.
• Help elevate and evolve the overall visual identity of marketing efforts.

Compensation

Starting compensation is $3,000/month, depending on experience, portfolio quality, and overall fit. Pay rate is between $35.00 - $37.50 per hour.

Additional Information

This is initially a 3-month retainer-based role with the possibility of evolving into a longer-term or full-time position with benefits for a suitable candidate.
