  • Translate brand guidelines into intuitive and consistent UI designs across digital platforms.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces for web, mobile, and responsive experiences.
  • Ensure visual consistency and polish across all products and touchpoints.

Interaction & Experience Design:

  • Define interaction patterns, states, transitions, and feedback loops aligned with user behavior and system responses.
  • Design engaging motion and micro-interactions to enhance usability and experience quality.
  • Create experiences that function seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices using responsive, adaptive, and fluid design approaches.

Design Systems & Scalability:

  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, including reusable components, patterns, and standards.
  • Apply Atomic Design methodology to build scalable and maintainable UI systems.
  • Create and manage design tokens, style variables, and theming standards in collaboration with development teams.
  • Ensure consistency across products through structured component libraries and design governance.

Accessibility & Usability:

  • Ensure all designs meet WCAG (A11y) accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
  • Advocate for accessibility-first design thinking across all experiences.

Design Execution & Delivery:

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design intent.
  • Develop low-to-high fidelity prototypes that simulate real user interactions.
  • Produce detailed design specifications, annotations, and assets to support design-to-development handoff.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Partner closely with UX designers, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
